Monthly Event:  Carolina Heartland holds its monthly dance on the second Sunday of every month at 5:30 p.m.The Dances are held at Skateland, USA on Church Street in Greensboro, NC. Members $5 / Non-members are welcome to attend for $8. This includes a group lesson.

Monthly Event:  The Guilford Grange holds its monthly dance on the first Friday of every month at 8:00 p.m. The Dances are held at the Guilford Grange.

Monthly Event:  The High Point Elks Club holds a monthly Dinner Dance on the second Friday of every month from 7:00 - 10:30 p.m.    Anyone wishing to attend must make reservations by noon of Wednesday preceding the dance.   Call the lodge: 336-869-2751 or Loretta Adams 336-509-8680.

Monthly Event:  The Horizon Dance Club holds its monthly dance on the fourth Saturday of every month at 8:00 p.m. The Dances are held at the Guilford Grange.

Monthly Event:  The Greensboro Social Dance Club holds its monthly dance for Seniors 55 and older at the Lewis Recreation Center off of Piscah Church Road in Greensboro, NC on the second Saturday of every month except in February, November & December.
There is no dance in December, and special dinner dances are held at other locations in February and November.
Ballroom dance music is played from 8:00 p.m to 10:30 p.m. There is a guest fee of $5 for attendance each month if you are not a member; however if you are 55 or older and live in the Greensboro or surrounding area you can join the club for only $20. for the entire year.

Weekly Event:  A dance is held weekly, every Friday from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Biltmore Ballroom, 3530 N. Main St, High Point, NC. Cost $10 per person.

Mt Airy, NC area: The Mayberry Ballroom Dance Committee of Carolina Heartland holds its monthly dances at the Pro Health Fitness Center at 280 North Point Blvd in Mt.
