Monthly Event:  Carolina Heartland holds its monthly ballroom dance on the second Sunday of every month at 5:00 p.m.The Dances are held at the High Point Elks Club, 700 Old Mill Road, in High Point, NC. Members $7 / Non-members are welcome to attend for $10. This includes a group lesson.

Monthly Event:  The Guilford Grange holds its monthly ballroom dance on the first Friday of every month at 8:00 p.m. Grange dances include Waltz, Fox-Trot, Swing, West-Coast-Swing, Mambo, Cha-Cha, Tango, Samba, Rumba, Bolero, Shag, with an occasional Merengue, Hustle, Quickstep or Viennese Waltz selection. Monthly Event:  The Greensboro Social Dance Club holds its monthly dance for Seniors 55 and older at the Lewis Recreation Center off of Piscah Church Road in Greensboro, NC on the second Saturday of every month except in February, November & December.
There is no dance in December, and special dinner dances are held at other locations in February and November.
Ballroom dance music is played from 8:00 p.m to 10:30 p.m. There is a guest fee of $5 for attendance each month if you are not a member; however if you are 55 or older and live in the Greensboro or surrounding area you can join the club for only $20. for the entire year.
